Application

Lux of Saginaw Apartments will hold an apartment for an approved applicant for a non-refundable fee of $200 which will be applied to your security deposit on the date of your move in. If approved applicant fails to take possession of the apartment for any reason, applicant will forfeit the hold fee. By signing this application, applicant agrees to the above terms.

All the information is true, accurate and complete to the best of applicant’s knowledge. Owner reserves the right to disqualify tenant if information is not as represented. Lux of Saginaw Apartments will check the sex offender registry and run a credit and criminal history check on each applicant. Applicant hereby authorizes release of personal information by employers, credit bureaus, law enforcement agencies, references and creditors to Lux of Saginaw Apartments and its agents through this release form or a photocopy or email scan thereof. Claims for rewards from multiple referral sources will result in applicant being charged Lux of Saginaw Apartments advertising cost for the referral.
